Heirs’ Hidden Share Rights
He can only save on all his assets if he does not have a child, a wife and a parent. The heir has a reserved share of the inheritance of his wife, child or parents.
The hidden share consists of the following rates:
- Half of the legal inheritance share for Altsoy,
- A quarter of the legal inheritance share for each of the parents,
- For the surviving spouse, the entire share of the legal inheritance, in other cases, three-quarters of the legal inheritance share, if he is the beneficiary, together with the altsoy or the group of parents.
If the heir has saved on his inheritance in a way that violates the hidden shares, the heirs can sue for the part that exceeds the hidden share.
